Tilt Chair
The Tilt Chair is a home office chair that may find itself in the corner of a living room or dining room. As such it has been designed to fit in the home environment, demanding a radical rethink of how an office chair should look and work in the home.
All of the gadgets of a typical office chair have been removed and replaced by a soft cushioned mechanism which sits between chrome plated tubular steel legs and a beech veneer formed plywood seat. The mechanism encourages movement while sitting in the chair which makes reaching for far away objects an easy task and improves comfort during long periods of use. It also allows for a range of sitting positions, from sitting bolt upright while working at a computer to leaning back for a stretch and a break.
